Info: Suijin (Water God) is the Mizukage of Kirigakure no Sato. As the leader of this brutal and violent village, the man himself has become somewhat of a brute. Descendent of the clan Gekidou, Suijin is the sole carrier of a special Kekkai Genkai. His brilliant manipulation of this technique, along with his genius and physical prowess as a Shinobi, earned him the title of Mizukage - a title deserving of reverence and respect.

Innate Ability: Suijiin's comes from an extinct clan who's Kekkai Genkai (Blood Limit Ability) allows them to execute almost any water elemental jutsu with little or no hand seals at all; preparation, however, time remains the same as it would for any Kage-level ninja. However, this Kekkai Genkai occurs only as a byproduct of the clan's unusually potent chakra. This immense amount of amazingly potent chakra keeps Suijin from showing signs of physical aging.
