Personality: Garus is rebelious and a trouble maker he will do what he wants he is very sure of himself if he has no choice he will do what he has to but he will do it grudgingly

History: As far as any goverment is concerned Garus does not even exsist because when he was young he was abducted and was physicaly augmented to be better then a regular human there where others but only he had survived the augmentation process so almost all
of Garus' past was in a lab and in training that was more severe than any other shinobi
acadamy he recieved general black ops training but that is all of Garus' past untill he was
discarded as a failure and he had been thought dead

Training: Garus was trained and is very skilled in close combat he is extreemly skilled with a blade he is good at using chakra to give a physical boost to himself he is bad at ninjutsu and genjutsu he is extraordinary when it comes to close combat his skills are on par with a mid level chunin in close combat even though he has very little real combat experiance

Physical Augmentations: Garus' body has been enhanced in several ways one his bones have been coated in some extreemly light but very strong metal making them very very hard to break, his muscels have been enhanced to where they are about 3 times stronger than they should be at his age even as a shinobi, his brain chemistry has been altered so that he can think and process twice as fast as a regular shinobi also his reaction speed is increased greatly
