Name: Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel
Type: Medical

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Â This jutsu requires the user to be proficient in Taijutsu and leaves the user wide open for an attack afterwords. Â Without knowing your opponents style, you could be walking into another attack.

Description: The user pushes chakra through the metal of a weapon, swords specifically, causing it to flash incredibly brightly as they bring it down to strike. It is called Striking Sun because it often distracts those by shining that light in their face, even if there is no sun, and causing their vision to obscure.


Name: Bunshin no Jutsu, literally "Clone Technique"
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
This is a basic technique known to all genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.

Name: Seinaru Funsen no Megumi (Blessing of the Sacred Fountain)
Description: This jutsu, developed by Mist’s medical division, staves off the effects of all poisons for a number of posts. It allows the shinobi to continually cleanse his biological systems and purify any foreign agents that might harm his body. The jutsu must be performed before being poisoned to be effective.

Shinkeitsuu (Neuralgia)
Description: This technique creates unbearable pain. In order to use this technique a medical nin first gathers chakra in their hand and then touch any point on the victims body, the nerves in the immediate area will be assaulted with a pain so severe that it’s debilitating. It is not possible to withstand this pain and targets of this technique will often desperately clutch at the inflicted area while screaming. The pain inflicted by this technique fades but the area affected remains extremely sore for at least a day.

The user assumes the appearance of another person or animal. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy.


Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu, literally "Temporary Paralysis Technique"
Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack.



Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu, literally "Change of Body Technique"
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
The user quickly replaces themselves with another object, such as a plant or an animal (usually a section of log). This usually confuses the attacker and leaves them open to a counter-attack. A fairly common Jutsu, it is one of the basic Jutsu a Ninja must learn before graduating to the Genin level.

Name: Kiri Gakure no Jutsu, literally "Hiding Mist Technique"

This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within to lose the advantage of sight.


Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu, literally "Rope Escape Technique" English TV "Escape Jutsu"
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
A basic jutsu taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this technique.


Name: Shunshin no Jutsu, literally "Body Flicker Technique"
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
This jutsu allows the users to appear and disappear in an instant. This is very useful when trying to escape or attack suddenly. The users often uses nearby elements, like mist, sand or leaves, to mask their disappearance or appearance.



Personality: Rin is a usually flippant type of person, she brushes off most things, and moves along as if they never happened and goes about her life. However, Rin also harbors a dark, almost morbid fascination with things that are 'forbidden' and 'secret.' She lays no true loyalties to anyone, and if she felt it were for the greater good or matched her goals, she'd not think twice about killing, or letting another ninja be killed, despite her medical nin training.

History: Rin grew up in Mist as every other child did, with dreams of becoming a nin and serving their village. The young girl began to experiment at an early age with different mixtures to create sleeping bombs and injections. She found them fascinating, and the fact that they were forbidden to her made them that much more so. Poisons, sleeping powders, injections to reduce chakra, all of these things she began creating before leaving the Academy, and she even dared to use them on her parents, civilians, who currently remain in a coma for her tests. Despite this fascination with forbidden things and the darker arts, Rin is not inherently evil. While some of her actions may say so, she never does anything unless she believes that there will be a better outcome from it, even if the path seems like the wrong path, if it is thought that it will create a better future, or better serve her interests, she will take it. Rin follows this theory for all things, even the 'good' decisions she makes. The majority of the time, she is found working at the hospital, tending to wounds taken on the field by the other nin.
